Description Added a constant 200 points to all attack ratings on special attacks (a specific class of attack encompassing things like fomor eyebeams, most NPC spells, many modern, dodgeable guild combat effects).
Reason They seemed inexplicably inaccurate despite efforts to compensate.
Result Special attacks are more accurate.
Version predates automated version tracking
