Description Made it so that you get some combat advantage when you initiate combat. The amount you get is based on your effective tactics skill and the target's attitude toward you. If they considered you a friend (or, in the future when stealth is expanded, if they were oblivious to your existence), you get the full amount. If they trusted you, you get half the amount. If they were hostile toward you or disliked you, you get 1/8. Otherwise, you get 1/4.
Reason Taking the initiative counts for something.
Result Initiating combat grants some tactical advantage.
