Description made it so that when an opponent flees from you in combat, you get 30 bonus activity points that are only usable for the attacks-of-opportunity you get on the fleeing opponent
Reason nonsense reduction
Result hopefully, less ridiculous chasing people down, on the one hand, and less incentivizing of run-in-run-out tactics, on the other
Version predates automated version tracking
