Description Made and applied a mechanism for writing out the critical data of procedurally generated damage combos to files, so the MUD doesn't have to figure them out again from first principles every time it restarts or I reload the damage type daemon.
Reason
Result We're back to coming up from reboot in 5 to 10 minutes and exiting initial-population-lag phase in 25 to 35 minutes, and should suffer less random uncontrollable lag from memory heap fragmentation.
