| Description | Deep Whisperer skill-map powers now use significantly less intellectual energy when performing a skill-map operation. The new cost is 100 energy (or 10% of your maximum intellectual energy, if that is less) for each skill-map enumeration. |
| Reason | dudes me tellin me this costs 1600 energy and takes 10 minutes of idling to recharge |
| Result | while I did like tormenting people with 10-minute cooldowns, 10 minutes of not being able to enter commands is pretty lame |
