Description Made it so that experience gains below some threshold (200 at level 10-19, 400 at level 20-29, 600 at level 30-39, 800 at level 40-49, and 1000 at level 50+) which would generate amount messages (but not emotive messages, or amount messages with special-case language) don't get messaged about immediately, but instead are aggregated together for messaging later; after a minute past the first time something was set aside for aggregation, or when you disincarnate, you get a message about all the smaller awards you've gotten, together. You still get the actual experience immediately, it's only messaging that's delayed.
Reason Spam is an accessibility issue, and it's just nice to have less of it in general.
Result Less spam.
