Description Made manipulator adroitness a factor in combat rating calculations. You will pretty much only see this as a penalty; it won't be visible for fully adroit manipulators like hands. The combat calculations it affects are, in descending order of how significantly it affects them, launch attack, discharge attack, throw attack, weapon deflect, weapon attack, limb deflect, and limb attack.
