Description Modified the standard world persistence mechanics so that if 50% or more of the objects persisted 1) fail to load (with the object source file existing), 2) fail to restore from their save data, or 3) fail to move to their proper locations, the persistence mechanism suspends itself and refuses to alter its save files in any way, on the theory that the MUD is probably broken and it needs to just wait for a run cycle where things work better.
