| Description | increased the specialty access for the warbreaker guild's core skills (power control skills + use of swords) from 10 points to 15. |
| Reason | people were getting stuck trying to get the last point of power control skills to move from 99 to 100 ascendancy, which was not intentional |
| Result | this is mostly a stopgap until warbreakers get some better post-cap advancement |
