Description Took out the code that made basic unarmed attacks vary in activity cost according to your size (and the size of the limb being used) and replaced it with unarmed attacks in general being as fast as using a very small weapon.
Reason Couldn't seem to get sane behavior out of the whole concept (for instance, it's nuts for a fomor to be slower attacking someone barehanded than using a dagger), so just ditched it.
Result Unarmed attacks by very small people are slower, unarmed attacks by large people are faster.
