Description Made it so that 1) if events happen while you're in combat or working your way through a command queue of more than two commands, you're considered "potentially distracted", and as soon as you're no longer potentially distracted you'll get a notification that events occurred while you were potentially distracted, 2) if events happen while you're in an input dialog (like a More prompt), the event is not actually displayed unless you're also in combat or doing a >2 length command queue, and suppressed events are displayed once you leave the input dialog; if you're potentially distracted when you leave the input dialog, you also get a notification about the events when that ceases.
Reason Knowing when stuff has happened is good.
Result Even more difficult to miss events.
