Description further revised fleeing from combat so that 1) if you're leaving combat by normal movement, your opponent gets an activity bonus of 10 points plus twice the activity it cost you to move (so if you're crawling, they hit you *a lot*), and you get a 20% penalty to your dodge rating and an 80% penalty to your deflect ratings, 2) if you're leaving combat by a teleport, your opponent gets no attack of opportunity at all if it's a fast teleport, and if it's a slow teleport they get attacks of opportunity with no bonus activity or defense penalties to you
