Description turned back up the capacity numbers on portable holes, and made it so that some random instances of them can potentially have *very* large pockets attached, but made it so that if too many individual items are placed in one, there starts being a periodic chance that the smaller items will drift out through the walls of the pocket and be lost (this replacing the previous behavior that was specific to coins)
Reason better way of keeping portable hole inventory sizes down for anti-lag purposes
Result portable holes great for carrying a limited number of high-mass items, not so good for storing pages of junk
Version predates automated version tracking
