Description revised the fleeing behavior that people do so that they only start doing it when they actually reach the point of beginning to asphyxiate, and made it so that idle incarnoi will do it
Reason improvement
Result less of people's followers running off and drowning because of premature non-breathing panic, and people who are idle and for whatever reason wind up asphyxiating have a chance to survive make their time (though it doesn't help someone if they're ticking)
