Summary rewrote notctids, kineitids, and dactids

Description noctids, kineitids, and dactids no longer do order damage or execute effects based on storing energy. dactids now give you a bonus to attacking and deflecting with a weapon (or limb attack) executed using the dactid-wearing hand. noctids now give you additional spirit on autoheal. kineitids now operate like many shield mechanisms in FPSs: they will absorb a certain amount of incoming damage, and rapidly replenish outside of combat. the quality of all of these effects is determined solely by your order favor.
Reason the old mechanic was horrible code, and i like these effects better
Result better wikspiskian weaves. i THINK old versions will work, but new ones might be better anyway, so think about getting new versions.
