| Description | changed the process that reconciles overspecs (when you have more specialties allocated than you have available) so that it doesn't run when your race is something other than your permanent race setting (so suspended for temporary shapeshifts) |
| Reason | sensible... does assume that everyone will return to their permanent race eventually and so be subject to reconciliation, but hopefully that's a safe assumption |
