Description Made it so that, when you're getting your free round of attacks when you use the 'attack' command to initiate combat, you'll always be left with at least half of the activity available that you started with.
Reason Depending on obscure mathematical factors that nobody should have to be responsible for, the free round of attacks would sometimes or often leave you with no activity to perform active defenses with, resulting in getting your face pwned off in the first round of combat.
Result Attacking never leaves you with completely exhausted activity and therefore no active defenses.
