Description Changed the effort > 100% endurance formula again, this time so that the endurance cost multiplier is the effort to the fifth power. (Where effort is a real number, i.e. 100% means 1.0, 200% means 2.0.) Tweaked the NPC assigned effort formula again; now really high effort should be quite rare among them.
Reason See result.
Result Not having a huge cost jump from 100% to 101% that makes anything below 120% useless.
