Highest Level Follower

Due to the fact that different types of followers start at different levels, this category is getting modified.

The new criteria is the most levels gained my a follower, as determined by their current level vs the highest possible level they could have had at creation. A level 25 gogtzul is not a real challenge. Advancing that gogtzul 25 levels is a challenge. Keeping a pet spider alive for 25 levels is also a challenge, since they tend to start at level 3 and have far fewer hp than a gogtzul.

The key here is not to have just one meat shield follower that started off at a high level, but to keep your followers alive long enough for them to advance significantly.
