This skill represents the nerve and muscle conditioning that, beyond raw strength,
enable one to put great force behind the blows one strikes in combat. This is more
helpful with some weapons than others; piercing weapons designed for precision work
generally are not helped that much by having more force behind them, while blunt
and slashing weapons benefit a great deal.
