The ability to control and modulate one's voice for various purposes -- increasing its 
volume so that it carries to a stage audience or simply to make it better heard, making 
a whisper easy or hard to overhear, and so on.  Being skilled at vocalization provides 
access to some speech patterns and quote styles.
