| Description | when you keep/unkeep a particular item, it flags the time on the item, and won't let you keep it with a *different* char on your atman for seven days. |
| Reason | really irritated by mules, which, given our incarnos limit, make the keep system meaningless |
| Result | mules can be abused but it's a lot more trouble now |
