| Description | The Resonant Harbinger is now a PK office (preventing idling in safe zones and allowing other people to hold you responsible for spreading pillars all over the place). As a result of this, Resonant Harbingers now have the ability to decline the office (use the 'abdicate' command if you are selected as the Resonant Harbinger and don't want to be). Note that once you use the powers of the office, you may no longer abdicate. |
