Description yielding a challenge now gives you a loss in karma equal to double it's value. also, the delay penalty for getting a new challenge increases depending on the value (difficulty) of the challenge, potentially up to 2 and soon 4 days.
Reason coding a bunch of nasty forfeits that are just going to be bypassed without this sort of incentive
Result more incentive to try to stick with difficult or dangerous challenges
