Description Changed the concept of stunning so that 1) stun does not prevent attacks or effectively change your combat mode, but degrades your attack and defense ratings (commands are still prevented), 2) all stun is recovered from at the end of your combat round, 3) the degree of stunning inflicted determines how severely combat ratings are degraded, with effective resilience skill offsetting it.
Reason There is nothing more frustrating and unfun than having your character 'stunlocked' / 'permastunned', and there is nothing lamer than an enemy in that state.
Result Stun does something almost completely different.
