Description made it so that, instead of interacting with your current activity points at all, when an opponent flees you get activity points equal to your speed plus a bonus for them fleeing (higher the more flowly they're moving), and your activity points are then reset to wherever they were
Reason shambling toward rationality
Result attacks of opportunity on fleeing opponents are pure bonus in terms of activity, hopefully resulting in less in the way of fleeing opponents using up your activity and resulting in other opponents hitting you because you have no activity left for defenses
Version predates automated version tracking
