Description revised stunning further such that 1) it lasts more than 1 round again, and its degradation is keyed to resilience once more, but the degradation is much faster than it had been, starting around 50% per round and going up from there, 2) reduction of how badly stunning impairs you is now a function of tenacity, 3) pain effects (not all stunning effects) now have an endorphins mechanism wired into them, which basically gives you temporary resistance to pain when pain is inflicted on you, with the temporary resistance decaying away pretty quickly.
Reason trying to make stuff decent
Result stun isn't quite so transient, so stun-specific effects are maybe a little bit useful outside of a group context, but the whole permanent stun thing should still hopefully be pretty hard to achieve (and pain has a specific countermechanism for it).
