Summary wired mounts and followers into chase

Description modified the process that determines whether you will successfully chase someone so that 1) mounts are taken into account, with your mounted combat, riding, and/or equestrian contributing a bit in themselves and also determining how much of your mount's relevant fieldcraft skill (and elude skill in the case of being chased) factor in, and your mount's movement rate replacing yours in the calculations 2) followers are taken into account, so that the effective tracking ability that applies is the best one out of all your followers present (plus your mount if it is not also a follower) 3) a bug is fixed that didn't properly take into account bulk, where smaller people eluding larger people is meant to be easier etc
Reason improvement
Result chasing on horseback is helpful, chasing using tracker hounds is helpful, etc
Version predates automated version tracking
