| Description | those who leave OVG will have to wait 4 months before being able to rejoin. |
| Reason | OVG has virtually no restrictions on who can join besides checking for compatable affiliation types. now it also checks for if you've been in it before or not. |
| Result | leaving OVG now has consequences, however the wait is not nearly as long as some other affiliations in existance. |
