Description | made Brute Squad dismember just have a high activity cost rather than the delay mechanism |
Reason | delay mechanisms like that are mostly halfassed ways of approximating the activity system from before it existed, and i figure if you can pay the large END costs on dismember, you should get to do it |
Result | dismember can be chained if you're hugely fast, and queued otherwise |
