| Description | Changed the limb binding of many accessories like cloaks, robes, etc so that they bind to the chest rather than to a pair of arms. Some accessories have other binding; in particular, "coat" types now bind to the chest *and* arms. |
| Reason | Got rid of the necessity to reserve the chest for aura applications, so can redefined binding more sensibly. |
