Description charity now works on diminishing returns, not just division of level. experience and skill experience had their diminishing returns curved tuned to result in smaller numbers.
Reason these challenges weren't really "worth it" at the high end, especailly gievn that the xp rewards have been hard capped. at lower levels this won't affect things much, but at higher levels it will be very noticable.e
