Description | Altered our cosmology such that we have a plane of ooze rather than a plane of steam (this in the water + extropy slot), with various ancillary effects. |
Reason | See, what happened was, in high school I was taught that when people call water vapor "steam", this is wrong, and real steam is strictly gaseous-phase water, which is super hot and very dangerous. More recently I discovered that as far as the world at large is concerned, this is nonsense, gaseous-phase water is "dry steam" and it's perfectly reasonable to call water vapor "steam". This made it very silly to have planes for both mist and steam; that was barely supportible if strongly called for, and it turns out it wasn't. So I went with the interpretation of water + extropy as life-generating primordial soup instead. |
Result | Somewhat different cosmology. |
Version | lib revision incremented to Ain Soph 2.6.85 |
