| Description | 1: created the concept of half- and no-bonus empathic bonds familiar skills. so if you have a max bond, "tier 1" skill with the half-bonus flag enabled, you'll get 2 bonus specs instead of 4. the function of the no-bonus flag is more obvious. twhen i get around to implementing it, the main application will be to magical skills. 2: this only affects people with multiple bonds. you will now only get specialty bonuses from one source, whiechever one would give you the highest bonus by itself. | 
| Reason | spellcasting really hard to balance if people can easily get half of their potential max skill from bonus specialties. and absolutely nothing can be balanced if you can get like 8 bonuses from multiple bonds. |
