| Description | Empathic Bonds rating factor adjustments have been disabled, possibly temporarily (though likely permanently pending a replacement mechanic which is better in accordance with our balance paradigms). A lot of bonds will probably need updating to be properly tuned after this change, which will be an ongoing process. |
