Description a handful of the second rank energy conversion spells did not have industria_debeat_set_energy_amount() defined so these spells were defaulting to the standard values that the entry level conversions use, thus making them basically the same spell.
Reason chaos reworked these types of spells for OIA and OVG and he must have forgot to set that value, this wasn't an issue for OIA since they only have the one set of spells.
Result harder spells use more energy and return more energy again
