| Description | the syntax for establishing reciprocal psychic contacts (as detailed by 'help advanced telepathy' if you have the ability, and not if you don't) wasn't properly enabled, and wasn't all that clear in the help anyway; fixed the code and revised the help to be a bit clearer |
