| Description | Previously Kazarak attribute and skill modifiers capped extremely low. Given that Kazarak are at an extreme disadvantage for numerous reaasons, I've uncapped the attribute and skill modifiers. We'll see how this goes and add modifiers to the modifiers so things don't get too crazy. |
