Description significant changes have been made to how the Kazarak guild plays, as follows: Kazarak pillars no longer provide regeneration, recuperation, or spiritual junction (aka you no longer regen at pillars), kazarak charges no longer decay when taking no action (taking most actions depletes them, although much more slowly than before), and two new powers have been added (cannibalize and convert). These powers allow you to manipulate your own energy stores much more efficiently, allowing less reliance on pillar idling. Kazarak pillars now also improve the energy channeling capabilities of nearby Kazarak, so configuring charges is more powerful and efficient in their vicinity (so you still are incentivized to be at the pillar to do that).
Reason lots of things were wrong with this guild (and many still are) but hopefully this is progress
Result being a Kazarak will no longer consist primarily of anxiety when not at the pillar
