Summary made all items resize when composition elements are added or removed

Description Previously, the way objects behaved when compositional elements were added or removed (example: a flux weapon activating and deactivating), the core mechanics would try to keep the object's size the same and tweak the elements to match, *unless* the object appeared to be using a "default" shape, in which case it would resize the object's shape to match the volume dictated by its individual parts. Now, it just always resizes the object. This is most relevant to devs; for why I am making it viewable by players, see "Result".
Reason The never-ending battle to try to get these core configuration mechanics doing what we actually want in a predictable and controllable fashion.
Result Most likely, some random things somewhere BREAK INCREDIBLY DRAMATICALLY and we wind up with twenty kilometer long swords or something.
