| Description | owners of basic telepathy can now create psychic contacts with nearby creatures; creating contacts at a distance or through a reciprocal mindlink remains the domain of advanced telepaths, however. Also note that one's ability to actually do anything with a psychic contact remains limited by the actual powers at one's disposal. |
