| Description | Made it so that the changelog entry process doesn't ask you for a reason or result by default, and the field is skipping in changelog entry displays if it's empty. |
| Reason | They're more of an annoyance than a help most of the time, and are rooted in an overly nitpicky and bureaucratic concept of changelogging anyway. |
