Description | Further revised the way NPCs are assigned skills/specialties, completely eliminating the blanket skills-all-over-the-place that NPCs once got based on their level, but more aggressively setting them up to assign all their specialty points (and hopefully in areas that are in some way of help to them). |
Reason | Making NPCs play by, and take advantage of, the same rules as PCs. |
Result | NPCs get specialties assigned differently, again, and probably the combat effectiveness of nearly everything changes in unpredictable ways. |
