| Description | a notification function tied to the same sync that the spell access notification function is called from. will display the names of foci types you gain or lose access too. one should also note that since the experience requirements are checked as part of the condition descriptor for knowing or not knowing a foci, having knowledge of one means you'd also be able to take the focus should you not already have one. |
