| Description | spell which manifests a staff object which can be used to perform some esoteric manipulations on demand. note that this spell will require a crystal made from the glaciem cristallum spell, and calculate a duration based upon how much energy the gem holds. staff spec access raised from 3 to 5 for core ovg. casting the spell while already having a staff manifested will convert the energy inside the gem into the staff, extending its duration. |
| Reason | wanted them to have something like this for a while now, needed the cristallum spells finished before I could create this. |
