| Description | POEE now have access to the ability to convert spiritual energy to Chaos energy via the Convert power, which takes two forms - the Chaos Flow maneuver (for an emergency panic-button of chaos energy NOW) and the Chaos Conversion power thought (which allows a more standard, relaxed method of quickly regenerating a large pool of chaos energy). POEE base chaos energy regeneration efficiency has been reduced to roughly half its previous speed as a result of these new methods of gaining Chaos energy. |
