| Description | turns out there was a bug in POEE eristic channeling which was not properly using the user's Chaoturgy to determine the power level of an effect. The actual power levels achievable have not changed, but users with high Chaoturgy skill should now more consistently achieve the greatest effect per channel of which they are capable. |
