| Description | The primary skills for orisons and realizations are still willpower-based but the secondary skills are now intellect-based. |
| Reason | If a justicar wanted to use orisons or realizations, they were double-taxed on specs and forced to go deep into the tree. This penalized players that wanted to use these powers because they were forced to either use only orisons/realizations or be able to use all of the other trees. Gating powers shouldn't be done upfront but instead later in the tree and at higher perfections which is where the real fun happens anyways. |
