Description | experience rewards now will give a set given amount of experience required for your base level experience values (before assim or other modifications), for example, a Major reward may give 30% of your base level experience value. This means experience rewards given from things like traveler challenges, quests, and so forth will scale with your level properly. currently there is no scale cap in place, we may enact one in the future. additional logging and metrics have been added to experience rewards. |
Reason | i did not like that all experience reward values stopped scaling at level 50 given that our new "end game target" is 1000. |
Result | more sensible values for experience rewards past level 50, the resulting values for those rewards are now tied to our effect class systems. many days of discussion with the lead team. |
