| Description | Made it so that combat messages include description of the degree of success ("connects precisely", that sort of thing) only 1 time out of 10. |
| Reason | Keeping them around so there's a hint of how well people are succeeding, but mostly getting rid of them for the sake of reducing combat spam and because their informational content isn't that hot anyway. |
